I found the staff very helpful! They assisted with directions. The room was spacious and well-kept. I appreciate the comfortable bed and fresh linens. The tram stop outside the front door made travel around the city very simple and cheap.
The parking entrance was rather narrow, though the car park was practical.

charming stay close to the city

the staff were helpful at check in. i found the room spacious comfortable and clean. though facing the tram stop i didn't hear any noise from it. breakfast included a nice selection of pastries plus scrambled eggs and bacon.
the absence of a kettle was a slight inconvenience to me. i would have loved to make a cup of tea in my room after a day of sightseeing.

the twin room was satisfactory. it had view onto the town.
i found upon arrival the air conditioning was not functional. it seemed to only emit warm air. this impacted my experience during a warm period.
